Last stop and family stay!

Well here we are- finally at the home of ome Ben and tante Daphne.
It was quite a drive.
They live in north Auckland- quite a ride from the city

Distance doesn't fase a Nw Zealander- the drive to anywhere is mostly pleasant anyway. Lovely scenery.

We put our belongings in our room and get settled
We enjoy some refreshments outside - the few drops that fall doesn't diminish our fun. The temperature is lovely and warm..

To our surprise and joy we meet Kelly, one of the daughter's in law from Ben and Daphne.

We are treated out for dinner and eat at " JAC'S  Jellicoe & Cradock Trading co.

I just love the lamb so choose that dish.

The restaurant appeared very popular - there was enough custom to keep the staff busy.

After dinner we returned home for our evening 'cuppa'.

It feels so good being with family.

We are in our element.
