It was a somewhat less filled buffet this time but nine the less filling..

At 08.45 we left for Te Puie, or more accurately - The Geysers.
Due to the continual rain we purchased ponchos.

We listened and looked - learning more about the maori culture, it's people and places.
Once again we were impressed and in awe..

The odour was noticeably absent - mainly due to the cooler temperatures and the rain,.
( Sulphur- the smell of rotton eggs on a warm day)
Rond 12 noon we returned to the hotel to check out.
Tonight we elected to have a farm stay.

Despite the rain we use our free time to walk down town Rotorua where we ate at DEDAS Food & Beverage.
Mum is into the fish and chips and I order a lambsburger.
So very tasty.
A bit further on we drop into a cafe and enjoy a warm cup of tea- to warm up.
