Saying goodbye- our last visits

Woke at 8am and was slightly disappointed! RAIN, on our last day.

I make the tea and mum and I enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
A quick shower and I get dressed. All set for whatever the day will bring..

Ben drops us off at Hans and June's for a visit.
We chat about our experiences and also Hans' improving health. So happy to hear how things are progressing.
When Ben returns we all go out to lunch.

And what makes it more special are the people we share our table with.
Even June is well enough to join us- How awesome is THAT?!
We feel honoured.

Chosing becomes a real effort- there are such tasty listings on the menu.
Ben advises the hamburger - why not!

The meal is done and our time with Hans and June draws to a close.
Farewell lovely people. How special this was.
I shall remember our visit with a good feeling and warm memories.

We venture back to Ben's home but before we do
Ben make's a special stop at - the Bendon Outlet Store in Silverdale.

Oh Ben that's awesome- thank you.
Yes of course I purchases some goodies.
I certainly could do with some new lingerie in my cupboard.

It really is time to head home as at 14.00 the Black Caps play South Africa in the Cricket World Cup.
The match is held in Auckland's stadium, Eden Park.
We have some refreshment, chill out a while and then start on dinner.

On the menu tonight - Lamb  Roast dinner

Broccoli cauliflower, and kumera in the oven with the meat.
Mouthwatering, I can't wait.

Kelly en Darren join us for dinner. Nice to see them again too.
The meal was amazing - that is something I am going to miss.
Those roast dinners and hamburgers!

It has been decided - Yes, I AM coming back - someday!
